1. How Do You Grow My Instagram Account?
Growing your account is a simple concept. The more people that see your account and naturally like it, the more followers you’ll have. Getting users to see your account is the tricky part and is where we come in.
Using your account, we go out and follow your target audience. They see that you followed them, they check out your page, and if they like it, they’ll follow back. It’s basically that simply, but there’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work to make this growth scalable into the thousands of followers.
Out of all the methods we’ve ever used, the ‘follow/unfollow’ method is still the only cost-effective, scalable method that guarantees results. Here’s how we do it:
- Our team will work with you to define your ideal target audience.
- From your account, we will engage with your target audience by following their accounts and get their attention via Instagram notifications.
- Once your target audience gets a notification that you followed them a certain percentage will come to your account, check out your content, and make an 'organic’ decision to follow your account based on what they see.
- Our team will then unfollow all of the accounts we have engaged with and repeat the cycle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This keeps your following count low, but your follower count high.
You might have heard of other methods out there, but this is the simplest, most consistent way that we’ve gotten results for all of our clients.
2. Is This Really The Best Way To Grow My Account?
100% yes! Users must first see your account to be able to make an organic decision to follow your account. There are over 1 billion users on Instagram, so chances are the majority will never see your account organically. But if you know who your audience is and where to find them, it’s much easier.
What better way to introduce yourself to your audience than a friendly follow notification? We’ve tried all sorts of methods, but engaging with your target audience will always work no matter how much Instagram changes.

5. What If I Used Another Growth Service?
This is a very important question and can impact how well our methods work with your account. If you’ve worked with another agency or have grown your account on your own, we’re going to have to be a bit more careful to avoid action blocks (limited account actions imposed by Instagram) + other issues.
The truth is, we don’t know who your other agency was. They might have been using shady, spammy tactics that have hurt your Instagram Trust Score (more on this below). They might have followed thousands of accounts per day, used software to create artificial engagement, or any number of spammy techniques. Instagram is smarter now, and can spot that activity from a mile away.
For us to grow your account, we need to follow around 200 people per day, 6,000 people per month. If we can’t do that, you’re not going to see continuous growth. If your account is damaged, we’ll need to repair it, which can slow down initial results. But if you’re patient, we can get your account back on track.
That being said, if you worked with another agency, we’re happy to work with you. Keep in mind, however, that action blocks are more likely to occur since your Instagram Trust Score might have been tarnished by the other agency’s work or your own efforts to grow your account.
6. What Is An Instagram Trust Score?
Your Trust Score is essentially like a credit rating for Instagram accounts. The higher your Trust Score, the more that you can do, such as follow 200 people per day, etc. The lower the score, then the less you can do, and Instagram will limit how many follows, unfollows, likes, comments, and DMs you can send per day.
Instagram watches every single action ever performed on your account since you created it. Depending on the quality of these actions, the account Trust Score might go up or down. If your account has ever been spammy, has had software attached to it, has been grown using software from a previous Instagram growth agency, or you have bought followers, your account is almost guaranteed to have a low trust score.
It’s fixable, but it takes a long period of time to earn back Instagram’s trust. For this reason, you need to have the right expectations going into our new partnership. We can get you results, but they’re not going to happen overnight if we can’t follow 200 people per day because of an action block.
7. What Is An Instagram Action Block And How Can It Affect My Growth?
Some of our clients get action blocks when we first start working with them. Typically this means that there is an action block on your account. Action blocks essentially block you from performing specific actions, like following accounts, after you reach a certain threshold each day. They can happen for a few reasons:
A) You used another agency who was following/unfollowing a suspiciously large number of people each day. Instagram is now watching every follow and limiting them each day. Don't worry though, we can fix this!
B) You are following/unfollowing on your own. We strongly advise against this, especially if you have used another agency in the past since we don’t know what your current limits are. If you’re following/unfollowing while we’re doing the same, we’ll for sure exceed your limit and Instagram can potentially block your account.
C) If you have previously bought fake followers (or another agency has), Instagram knows and will flag your account. If your account is flagged, it's prone to blocks, but over-time we can fix it. Fake followers are deleted over time, so don’t be surprised if you see some declines in your follower account even as we achieve growth.
D) Growing accounts using unauthorized means such as bots, scripts, spiders, scrapers, or crawlers are highly prohibited by Instagram. Although, automation is safe when it is done in the right way, if you aggressively automate your Instagram actions, you’ll likely receive an action block.
*We DO NOT use software or bots. However, if you have in the past, this is a MAJOR red flag to Instagram. We’ll have to be especially careful or just using our service alone could damage your account.
E) You’ve sent unwanted direct messages, comments, likes, and other spam activities to any user on Instagram. This is mostly applied to people in engagement groups or utilizing direct message automation.
F) Some users reported that putting hashtags in the comment section earned them an action block after about an hour of posting their comments. This is another reason why it’s advisable to put them in your post captions in the first place.
G) Using a third-party app can also earn you an action block on Instagram. If you use any third-party app, then you need to uninstall them as soon as possible.
Action blocks are directly tied to your accounts trust score and if your account has a low trust score, it’s susceptible to action blocks.
Basically, an action block is used to punish Instagram users who violate their guidelines. It’s not personal, and sometimes they can be mistakenly placed, but they are serious and something to consider moving forward.
8. Is There A Chance Instagram Will Ban My Account?
Under our guidance, your account will be 100% compliant with Instagram’s policies, so the chances of being banned using our service isn’t going to happen. Action blocks can happen, but we’ve never seen a client’s account get banned while using our services.
The only times Instagram accounts are at risk is if you do one or more actions:
Running outside restricted tools on top of our service or have multiple agencies logged into your account
Following and unfollowing mass users on your own while signed up with our agency.
We stay within the boundaries Instagram provides, so you don’t have to worry. However, we aren’t responsible for what you do with your account while using our services. It’s up to you to follow the rules just as much as we do.
9. How Many Followers Should I Expect?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide an exact number or guarantee for new followers. There are just too many factors at play both in and outside our control and we can’t predict human nature. After all, we aren’t forcing users to follow you, just tapping them on the shoulder and hoping your content speaks for itself.
Our agency strives to see 200 to 1,500 new, highly-targeted followers per month on average.
These are just averages. We have some accounts growing 1000+ a month, but others only growing 200 a month. There are a few factors that contribute to this:
First, it’s important to note that account growth depends on a number of things out of our control, including:
- Who your target audience is on Instagram
- How good your content is
- How often you post
Secondly, if we do not need to fix your trust score, you can expect more unique profile visits and natural engagement to increase over time. Having a trusted account is a huge bonus when you start working with us.
Lastly, we’re an organic growth agency and as such, your results are directly tied to the quality of your account and the niche. Think about it: A supermodel will grow at a different pace than a local car dealership for various reasons. It is very important that you are constantly producing and testing quality content.
We understand that a lot of users would like to see pure, organic growth on their accounts but it’s important to keep your expectations realistic and understand that some growth issues are completely out of our control. With that in mind, we’ll always do our best to achieve results no matter the client’s trust score, niche, or content.
To help us with our job, we ask that you have a clear, targeted content strategy that will resonate with your followers. While we can bring the followers to you, it’s your content that keeps them engaged and active.
10. How Fast Will I See Results?
Again, it’s hard for us to put a specific number on this. We’d love to tell you that you’ll see X number of followers in only X number of days, but that would be dishonest. And if you’re looking at other agencies that are promising specific results, you should steer clear because they’re either lying or buying your followers and it’s unclear which is worse.
Typically, it takes anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month for our clients to start seeing results. The longer you stick with us, however, the more results you’ll see. Slow and steady wins the race, and it can often take a month just to warm up and prime your account for explosive growth.
During this initial month, we’ll be tracking and finding your target audience on Instagram. We’ll also be testing out your account to determine if it has any current action blocks or at-risk for any. This safe and slow approach helps us build a strong foundation for future success.
We are 100% compliant with Instagram’s policies. This keeps us and our clients safe from the wrath of Instagram’s moderators and algorithms. That being said, you’ll still see results when you use our services, you just won’t have to put your account at risk like the other guys.
11. What If I Have Fewer Than 1000 Followers?
When starting with a smaller account, it takes some time in the beginning to build up account trust and social proof. If you start from a larger, more established account, you have a head start. People are more likely to trust you and follow you at a higher rate.
If your account has less than 1000 followers, users tend to not follow back as much as they would if you had a larger account. Think about it, would you follow an account with barely any followers? Also, newer accounts with fewer than 1000 followers will typically have a lower Trust Score, so we need to be especially careful when launching your campaign. Also, you need to understand the social proof aspect and know that a certain percentage of followers are likely to unfollow but not all, so over time we can start scaling growth.
We can make progress with any account whether it has 10,000 followers or 300 but our approach and the speed of results will be different.
12. How Do You Find My Ideal Audience On Instagram?
Targeting and engaging with your target audience is an evolving strategy that requires research, experimentation, and trial and error on our part. It’s crucial you understand how targeting works so we can work together to engage with your audience.

Remember, Instagram growth is never perfect and this includes how we find your ideal audience. Finding and engaging with your audience is a shifting strategy and even as we see results and scale, we’ll still need to adjust to ensure we’re gaining followers efficiently.
In a broad sense, how we find your target audience is by looking at large accounts in your niche. For example, if you’re interested in attracting motorcycle enthusiasts, we’d go to a well-known motorcycle fan page and go through their followers. There’s a good chance that many of them are your ideal followers.
This is where human work outshines automation. A computer can’t tell which followers are actual fans and which might be just following the account for other reasons. We’ll analyze individual user profiles and determine if they’d be a good fit. Not every follow will result in a follow back, but through this technique, we’ve had great success with our clients.
13. Are You Just Using Automation To Get Me Fake Followers?
Absolutely not! Your new followers will be real people. Every single person who follows you actively chooses to, because we only target people who would actually like your brand and the content you post—we’re simply getting your profile in front of them. A real person has to make a human decision to follow you back once they see the follow notification on their phone. Fake followers do not follow accounts back and are likely removed by Instagram over time. We’re going for long-term, real growth, and that requires we follow real humans that will organically engage with your content.
14. Can I Do This On My Own?
Unless you want to make Instagram your full time job, doing all of this on your own is nearly impossible. It would take a ton of work and even more luck to get the results we provide. The only other viable option is to go back in time to 2010 when Instagram was new and not at all competitive but seeing as that isn’t possible, working with us is your best bet.
Realistically, even if you had all the time in the world you can’t be on Instagram all day, interacting with people trying to get your account noticed. However we have secure processes in place to keep your credentials 100% private and never shared with anyone. We don’t change any of the personal information or settings on your account. We’re simply using it as a tool to view, follow, and unfollow users. We have individuals, small businesses, large brands, influencers and celebrities using our agency. We can assure you we are not interested in your password, since our personal accounts already have hundreds of thousands of followers on their own. We are only interested in managing your account.
19. What If I Want To Cancel?
You are free to cancel at any time. No contracts. No nonsense.
We don’t want to see you leave and hope you contact us first with any issues before you cancel, in case it is something we could easily fix on our end! However, should you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, you can easily do so by emailing/texting your name and account name to us. 20. Do You Offer Refunds?
As you can see above, we put in a lot of work on our end. This is not a plug-and-play Instagram growth bot and this is not an automated system. We have a team of professionals to pay and we provide an agency service. If you have read this full FAQ, you’ll know there are many factors we can’t control. We never provide guarantees of any kind, and you are paying for our time, energy, and resources. Even if we don’t achieve your desired results, it would be unfair to the team working on your account. For this reason, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for our services. You are free to cancel anytime, however.
