We don’t want to see you leave and hope you contact us first with any issues before you cancel, in case it is something we could easily fix on our end! However, should you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, you can easily do so by emailing/texting your name and account name to us. Please note, you must cancel 1 week prior to your re-bill date to avoid being billed for the following month. Please see our terms of service for more information regarding cancellations.
